Cyber-bullying can't be always controlled by parents, since students doesn't tell their parents what they're doing on their laptop/computer. This can lead to many negative effects on the victim because he/she doesn't do anything against the problem.
Cyber-bullying effects may include:
- Having low self confidence
- Affecting your attendance and performance at school/work
- Causing stress and and affecting your personal health
- Affecting you for the rest of your life
- Leading to suicidal thoughts
- Affecting your reputation and career.
